1.1 - How Revenue Is Shared

Eden is a multi-vendor marketplace. When a product sells, the revenue is shared between Eden, the Vendor (“you”), and in some cases a promoter or affiliate.

All revenue splits are calculated before payout and after any refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

1.2 - Payment Processing Fees

All orders are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).

• Payment processors charge fees under Shopify's Terms of Service
• These fees are deducted before revenue is split
• Eden does not control or set payment processor fees

As Eden grows, we may adjust our pricing structures. If we make any changes that affect vendor earnings, we'll notify you ahead of time.

2.1 - Platform Discounts

Eden may create platform-wide discount codes up to 10% without needing vendor approval.

These discounts:

• Apply equally across the marketplace
• Are used to drive traffic and sales
• Are never targeted at individual vendors

2.2 - Brand Protection

To protect brand value:

• Eden will not create vendor-specific discount codes
• Eden will not imply that a vendor is “discounting” unless agreed

2.3 - Discounts over 10%

Eden may propose special promotions above 10%:

• Discounts over 10% require vendor approval
• Vendor participation is optional
• Approval may be given via written confirmation (email, SMS, etc.)
