Booking a Designer

Browse the designer page. You can search by name, tags, or by finding one that has made outfits that speak to you.

If a designer is actively accepting orders, you can click the "Book Now" button to request a custom fit. Fill in a few details and pick a time that works for you. Your designer should respond to your request within 2 business days!

If a designer denied your request, you can see their reasoning in the response message. However, feel free to try to re-book them or reach out to us directly for help.

Availability varies from designer to designer, but you should allow for two months from your initial request to your festival just in case you need to make any alterations to your outfit.

My Design

Yes! You will receive a notification when work has started, reached the half way point, and completed. Your designer will send you progress photos at the half-way point.

This is the settled-upon point where your design is half way done. At this stage, the artist will share progress photos in the Design Page. You are eligible for a 50% refund up until 24 hours after the half-way point if you choose to cancel your order.

Yes! You will receive an email when your order has shipped with all of the necessary information. The information can also be found in your order's Design page.

If something is wrong with your outfit, please reach out to us and we'll help you get the issue resolved.

Policies

If work on your design has not started yet, then you are eligible for a full refund upon canceling. If work has already started but has not reached the half-way point, you are eligible for a 50% refund. After your design has reached the half-way point, you have up to 24 hours to request a refund of 50%, after which you will only be eligible for a 20% refund of the initial price. If your custom outfit has already shipped, you cannot cancel/refund your order.

If your designer has their own refund/cancellation policy, your order will adhere to that designer's policy.

If work on your outfit has not started yet, then YES you can ask the designer to alter your work for free.<br/><br/> If work on a design has started already, then you will have to pay an extra 20% of the base price for small alterations. For large alterations, you will be charged 40% of the base price.<br/><br/>

If your designer has their own alterations policy, your order will adhere to that designer's policy.

You cannot request alterations to your design once you have received it. However, if something is wrong with your design, please reach out to us and we will help you get the issue resolved.

No - once we have sent out your custom design, we are no longer responsible for any damages, theft, or loss. Our designers ensure that, before shipping, there are absolutely no damages to your order.
