once your package has been dropped off at the post office, it is officially in the hands of the shipping carrier. I, Nomadik Nymph, am not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after shipment.

what happens if my package was returned to the sender due to incorrect address, inadequate address, forgetting to put an apartment number, etc?

if your tracking number ever states that your package was returned to the sender for any reason, please please direct message me on instagram

please keep an eye on your tracking information so you can follow your happy mail’s journey to you ✨ If the tracking updates to “Returned to Sender,” please send me a message so we can arrange a new shipping label.

If your package makes its way back to me, you’ll need to purchase a new shipping label for it to be re-shipped your way 💌
